Bindi's Bimbles walk at Loweswater
Last Saturday two of our staff, participants old and existing joined the Bindi’s Bimbles walk at Loweswater. This group was set up to help people with terminal illnesses or who have cared for someone and been bereaved.
Despite the rain we had great fun, a lovely chat and plenty of exercise as we walked up the Loweswater Terrace, through the woods and along the lake catching some great photography through the clouds. We are hoping to do lots more walks with participants through the summer so do let your keyworker know if you would be interested in a short walk around the park or something a little more strenuous.
